Meet with a certified designer at no obligation and no fee. We can arrange it in our showroom or in the comfort of your own home. In the consultation, we can discuss your vision and you can receive recommendations from our designers. We work together to conceive an action plan. In this stage of the process, we will discuss in full detail of the design layout consisting of a three-dimensional rendering, including all specified materials, specs and dimensions. We will produce a full preview of your design. Before the actual procurement, we provide unlimited design revisions, to ensure you are completely satisfied.
Once the design phase is complete, the next step is to prepare a materials list document for the remodeling contract. All of the materials needed for the project are purchased in a timely and efficient manner. During this process, we ensure that the materials costs fall under the set budget and the long lead items are ordered firsthand.
With permits secured and materials ordered or onsite, construction begins. During this phase, demolition may be needed to remove old cabinets, old flooring, etc... Next, the new materials (cabinets, flooring) are installed. The construction manager will handle the daily management and scheduling, and reporting all work back to the client.
